On arrival in Zanzibar at Abeid Amani Karume International Airport you will meet Zanzibar guide who will give you a short brief about Zanzibar their culture, tradition and norms, he will drive you to the hotel to put your bags, and then you will be taken to have dinner at Emerson on Hurumzi with live dance performance and African dance lessons, at late evening you will go to the hotel for overnight.

In the morning after breakfast your guide will meet you for starting a city tour around stone town to experience local culture, life of Zanzibarian and local market; Asian architectural building will make your city tour more perfect. In afternoon you will get lunch in one of the hotel found in stone town, after lunch will visit Zanzibar Memorial Museum and Maruhubi Palace ruins where you will get a to know a history of Zanzibar from past years during and after the slave trade. You will use the whole day to immerse yourself in Zanzibar culture and life experience, at late evening you will be taken to your hotel for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast you will start your transfer for Prison Island and white sand beaches for full day where if interested you will do snorkeling, swimming and eating seafood and visit the place used by Arabians during Slavery period to block African slaves from escaping before they are taken to Western countries and Europe. Changuu Island was used as a penitentiary for rebel slaves by the sultans from the 1860s until the end of the slave trade. After which the British began building a prison on the island under the guidance of First Governor, Lloyd Matthews. This was completed in 1894. However, the ‘prison’ was only ever used as a quarantine center for possible yellow-fever victims, and even then was hardly used as that. Also you will get a chance to see, touch, feed and take pictures of the Aldabra Giant Tortoise at Prison Island. This island is ideal for a day-trip with refreshments available throughout the day. It also has a small restaurant where you can enjoy freshly caught fish. The island is a popular day-trip destination from Stone Town. After that you will sail with private yatch charter enjoying yatch party and sunset sailing where if you will be interested, you drinks some drinks like local beers, non-alcoholic drinks, small bites like cashews and peanuts and sometimes you can have some tropical fruit. About 20 minutes from the city by traditional Dhow sailing boat, the island offers excellent snorkeling, a beautiful and quiet white sandy beach for sun bathing and swimming, you will use the whole day here before you take your boat back to your hotel for dinner and overnight.
